Form is a physical limitation and is the opposite of freedom which is limitless. We are all bound by physical restraints and yet we need to find freedom within those constraints. An idea for a song or music is limitless until you give it form. Once you have given it form it is restrained until it hits the ears of the listener where it becomes sound which is energy and again becomes limitless.
